Yacht Workers Association Provide Training for Aspiring Candidates Falmouth, English Harbour – The Antigua & Barbuda Yacht Workers Association (ABYWA), is partnering with various stakeholders to provide training and capacity building for aspiring candidates wishing to enter the yachting industry. The (ABYWA), to this end has received a financial donation from the Gilbert Agriculture and Rural Development (GARD, to assist with the facilitation of the course.
